2. On 7th June 2011, the E-mail sent to The Vice Chancellor and for declaration of result.
3. On 22nd June visited Punjab Technical university and the officials directed to get recommendation letter from the Principal of the college last attended.
4. On 27th June 2011, application submitted to Principal, Lovely institute of Tech to provide result for B.Pharma.
5. on 27th June 2011 Fees for counseling paid by Akankasha Madhok in HDFC Bank, Phagwara in PTU account vide E-Slip No. 50001536 ; Regn no. 500015 amounting to Rs 3,000/=
6. On 27th June 2011 Fees for counseling paid by Shivangi Madhok in HDFC Bank, Phagwara in PTU Account vide E-Slip No. 5001936 ; Regn No 500019 amounting to Rs 3,000/=
7. On 28th June 2011, applications sent to The Principal Lovely institute of Tech and The Controller of Examinatins, PTU Kapurthala vide EP055865911 IN to provide result
8. On 28th June 2011, request was made to Lovely institute of Tech (Pharmacy ) Principal to arrange to provide result vide Speed Post EP111930340 IN
9. On 28th June 2011, got recommendation letter from Principal Lovely Institute of Tech, Pharmacy, Phagwara.
10. On 29th June 2011, sent application by Speed Post to Dean Examinations, Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala vide Speed Post EP 0831962237 IN
11. On 29th June 2011, sent application by Speed Post vide EP 08319624 5 IN
12. On 30th June 2011 met with Mr. Paramjit Singh (Deputy Controller (Examination) 01822-662511 ; 9501109011 coeptu@gmail.com
13. On 30th June 2011 met with Sh. Pawan Kumar Asst. Registrar (Examination Branch (Reg), Ph: 9501109011.
14. On 30th June 2011 Visited PTU and submitted recommendation letter issued by Lovely institute of tech (Pharmacy) Phagwara.
15. On 30th June 2011,PTU issued receipts and promised to deliver the result latest by 8th July 2011.
16. On 30th June 2011, submitted application in Examination Branch of Punjab Technical University vide PTU/DCOE/1570 to provide result of B.Pharma.
17. On 1st July 2011 got chracter certificate issued by Principal Lovely institute of Tech (Pharmacy) Phagwara.
18. On 2nd July 2011, Sent representations to Mr. Paramjit Singh Deputy Controller vide Speed Post EP101426367IN
19. On 4th July 2011, application was sent by Speed post to Sh. Pawan Kumar, Asstt Registrar, (Examination Branch (Reg) to provide result.
20. On 8th July 2011, visited Punjab Technical University and met with Mr. Paramjit Singh Deputy Controller, Examinations, Sh. Pawan Kumar Assistant Registrar Examination Branch (Reg), Visited Hon'ble Vice Chancellor office to request to get result but all in vain. The Asstt. Registrar on various representations and pleadings provided uncertified copy of result of successfully passed the exam by Shivangi Madhok 7008250168, whereas the said officer provided certified copies of result with putting seal and signatures on the photocopies of the candidates but refused to provide authenticated copy to the applicant for the reasons best known to him.

On request to the authorities that the result kindly be declared with attested photo copy her pleadings were not heard and shunted out.3.    That the  date of counseling has been fixed for 14th July 2011 by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar both the students have passed the Written Test and due to non availability of result they will be deprived of to attend the counseling resulting in physical, mental and monetary loss by clearing exam and due to Non declaration of result by PTU
