It doesn't need a petition with hundreds of signatures.
Thee are counter-productive.
All it needs is 1 (ONE) person to verify the facts
(using RTI or otherwise by directly sending a letter
to Mr Habibullah etc) and then file a representation
to the Central Govt. asking for required enquiry / action.
