Obviously you cannot read English or possess the basic concept of mathematics

1) Did I post everyone in this country is/was corrupt ?
2) Does the miniscule corrupt percentage of the country I listed (media, judiciary, politicians ...) constitute everyone in the country ?
3) From where do you extrapolate that I have said EVERYONE in the country is corrupt /.
4) Where did I post that RTI activists are clean and transparent ?
5) Why do you say I am not a responsible citizen ? Have you ever achieved even 1% of what I have achieved using RTI and other lawful processes (and I didn't do it by barking) ? If so please tell us all about it.

How many of the activists or the organizations they belong to are RTI compliant?

Issues are many and solutions are also many, let us find out ways to mitigate these issues.

I am surprised with your limited understanding of RTI. It can be very much used to solve the problems of the country if used with a temperament of public good. This is where the role of these discussion forums emerge. Every layman criticizes the governance of the country, and if you do the same then in what way you stand different.

A responsive citizen is one who can think of plans to respond to the issues and not just keep barking.

1. The interpretive phase of RTI is over. There are no more high mountains left to climb.
