PLEASE CONDEM THIS VERY UNHEALTHY ATTITUDE BY SENDING MAIL TO KIC AND DPAR (rti) IMMEDIATLY . REQUEST YOUR FREINDS ALSO TO DO SO .

Mr. Vikaram sihma , i am very much thankful to you for the answers provided by you with reference to kria katte and ravindra guru , i have noticed in commission hearings the commisison is giving more priority to Mr. GURU RTI Applications and his rti applications will be dealt with extra care , if we file any rti application the rti commissioners are closing without any information , If any rti application of Ravindra guru which will be heard on proority basis compare to pooof village peoples coming from other parts of karnatka , In one of the Ravindra guru case with reference to section 4 of the act the commission has directed to digitalizes the records of bda at an expenditure of 600 lakhs , based on ravindra guru how bda is spending 600 lakhs for digitalization , whether it is necessary as per rti act , whose money is spent for the work ,whether tenders were called for the work , please verify fellow RTI Activists and protect the karnataka rti commmision
