Prime Minister,

GOI, New Delhi

Dear Sir,

Your kind attention is invited to AIBE Announcement of date -
http://timesofindia.hotklix.com/link/News/India/BCI-AIBE-Exam-Results-2011-ANNOUNCED-AppiChappi-com

Copy of the AIBE Announcement is enclosed for kind perusal and I quote the following from it:

Quote:

"The pass percentage for the first AIBE is just above 71%"

Unquote:

With nearly 22000 Law Graduates applying for AIBE examination, nearly 96 % appearing for it and nearly 71 % passing it (though percentage of passing non-transparent & undeclared making it not possible for citizens to confirm how liberal or how stringent has been the passing criteria in the first AIBE and whether it would remain unchanged hereafter), calculated no. of candidates who failed to clear the first AIBE works out to about 6125 candidates in the country.

In this regard, I hereby request the Govt to carry out Economic, Demographic and Sociological Status Study of these unfortunate candidates with structured feedback from these candidates and also from the Colleges / Universities from which they obtained their Law Graduation.

This systematic study data, one of the most crucial information in legal education, should be highly useful for the corrective actions so that, hereafter, the aspirations of the young Law Graduates to become Advocates do not unduly get shattered.

Regards,
