This prevailing conditions exhibit how is my Mera Desh Mahan!!! It's not surprising that even the SIC Maharashtra benches do not have functioning email working though it has been mentioned in their own website. Whom do blame for all this? And yet it is claimed that Maharashtra is the most progressive state of the country.
