Dear Mr. Nangia, I appreciate your views in this matter. Some departments of Delhi Government and DDA just don't care for the orders/directions of the Central Information Commission. In one case, orders passed on 30.04.2009 are not being implemented and CIC shows its helplessness. Do you have any suggestion to make RTI Act, 2005 functional?
