[HumJanenge] PUBLIC GRIEVANCE: Certian letters of Chairperson NAC and Ms.Aruna Roy

Dear Madam

Kindly resolve my public grievance forthwith as detailed below. My
grievance is filed to you in larger public interest.

1) That Mr. Arvind Kejriwal 's organisation the "INDIA AGAINST
CORRUPTION" has today circulated some internal memo to their members
claiming that Chairperson NAC and Ms. Aruna Roy (member NAC) had sent
letters to the PMO, Finance Ministry and Home Ministry recommending
extension of Mr. Kejriwal and his wife's postings to Delhi.

saying, inter-alia,

"Sh.Digvijaya Singh may kindly provide, in his next letter to Arvind,
all postings of Sh. Singh's good friend Sh.Pulok Chatterji, IAS during
past 25 years, including his deputation to serve private NGOs closely
associated with Hon'ble Chairperson NAC.:"

"Q6: Is it a fact that you went on an unsanctioned leave, without
permission, after serving for only one and a half year, post the study
leave?
A: All the facts and circumstances concerning this are in the records
of the PMO and the Finance Ministry, including the letters of
recommendation sent by Hon'ble Chairperson NAC and Smt Aruna Roy
member NAC etc."

"Q7: Is it a fact that you were transferred to Chandigarh once, but
you never joined ?
A: All the facts and circumstances concerning this are in the records
of the PMO and the Finance Ministry, including the letter sent by
Hon'ble Chairperson NAC."

Accordingly, I am aggrieved that Chairperson NAC has been
systematically misusing her honorary advisory position to Prime
Minister to retain public servants (such as Mr. Kejriwal) in Delhi to
assist herself and Ms. Aruna Roy for purposes other than that
connected with their cadre duties. Mr Kejriwal's organisation has also
imputed that he had to share certain considerations to stay on in
Delhi.

Kindly ensure that NAC recommends that Smt. Sunita Kejriwal is
therefore immediately posted out of Delhi.
