[HumJanenge] Work Distribution of ICs & C-CIC in CIC offices

This is in continuation to my earlier post regarding the work distribution of the IC and C-CICs in disposing off Complains & Second Appeal. Further check of recent decision tell a different story. Not all of them seem to follow the original order of 19th Dec 2010. Check link

Earlier we had IC DS and C-CIC SM delivering decisions on matters related to DoP&T, Min of Personnel etc. Now it is the case of IC AD and IC MS delivering decisions in the matter related to Min of I&B etc. Ironically, like the decisions are during the same period.

Are the files getting mixed up or is there a logical explanation? Could some of our Delhi based haramis take some time off, and instead of watching ICC World Cup, please go over and investigate this matter, in the larger public interest involved.
