pl let us know in detail what specific allegation the authorities have lavelled on you; while spoiling your acr.  however to ask any type of information ; is not offence at all.   the authorities had committed  wrong on you.  you must represent it to the authorities  giving your strong arguements. and u may also write to the information comm. to  set the things right. i think the cic as well as the pub. auth  both have committed offence.  you are nowhere wrong in using yr fundamental right by demanding the necessary info.
