Further Most of the Info comm's have Ruled According to Section 2(f) what is the Defeinition of "INFORMATION" .
If One reads this definition You can Clearly read that it spells Out What information can be Accessed ( Under any other law for the time being in Force)
I am really sorry to state that after more than six years of the RTI act 2005 Us Citizens on the "demand" side are Now entering to a relam of Asking Questions Without Doing Preliminary "home work" and Try to solve our greviances Without givenig a small thought the Miracles RTI Can do .
whereas "Supply" side is Getting slowly effiecient In Thwarting Such RTI requests because of the inbuilt fault in our Requests . this I can say Being a resource person and continiously Training Both Citizens & Officials and being in our KIC almost Daily Assisting Persons .
I Have also Observed that Print Media or the Electronic Media Picks up such absurd Stories to carry because of the sensation it creates without Giving once again a thought whether the "ORIGIN" is correct or not
Here it to educate Both , The demand side by Trainings and the supply side either by "INBASKET EXCERSISE" or Filing appeals . Freinds in our state have also taken a few PIOs to Consumer Forums claiming compensation as diffeciency in service which they have succeded
This is WAR and every battle has to be won in each & every front
I Know that in your state Indian postal order is yet Become a Mode to pay the fees , where as we have moved to Money orders in our state
