[HumJanenge] SECOND APPEAL TO CIC - ANNEXURE REQUIRED

in the past, the CIC has said that along with second appeal, the following should also be annexed:

 

1.                 Index

2.                 List of dates and events in chronological order

3.                 Certificate declaring that the complained has not been previously filed with the Commisson nor is pending with anyh Court or Tribunal or authority or with any other agency.

4.                 Appeal/ Complaint Format.

 

I shall be grateful if I am apprised about the present status on the requirements of the aforesaid document along with the grounds of complaint or appeal. The info is required because during the last over six months, I have not filed any appeal or complaint.
