On 10 October 2012 the Punjab Government has posted its Whistle Blowers Policy on its website in response to the Judgement of Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No. 832 of 2012 Fied by the Noted RTI Activist and Advocate H.C. Arora. The Policy can be downloaded at Sr. No. 4 of the web-page at the following link:
