मौजूदा सरकार को अपनी नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए महिलाओं पर हो रहे अत्याचारों पर एक सख्त क़ानून बनाते हुए , भारत में दर्ज बलात्कार के सभी मुकदमे " फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट " के द्वारा निस्तारण करके ही सही मायने में दामिनी को सच्ची श्रधांजलि देना होगा .
