Let us not pass any sweeping judgments against our system. In the Delhi Rape Case, it SURELY will work as there are no Bigwigs involved with the Accused. Govt badly needs some brownie pts.
Punishing the accused is only tiny part of the problem. The real Challenge lies in making People Power work towards making our System functional. We don't need any new Laws for that.
