Subject: [HumJanenge] No punishment to the Culprits who enacted the Deficient RTI Act?
Dear All,
When the High Court has confirmed the legal irregularity, principle of justice demand that the ones who committed the said irregularity be suitably punished.
That should work as deterrent to repeat such irregularities.
I wonder as to why the Culprits who enacted this Law in Bihar have not been punished by the High Court.
