I just Read in the New Indian Express of Today that Our State High court has issued notices on a Petition filed by advocate N P Amrutesh seeking action on DGP for not investigating a Complaint against Mr bopiah speaker Assembly
The Next Paragraph goes on " He also sought Action against Speakers office which denied information sought Under RTI Act seeking to Know the wherabouts from January 22 to 26 of the Speaker on grounds that assembly does not come under RTI ambit ( The secretary to Speaker stating that his office does not come under RTI Act, and this order be Quashed )
My comments is this Going to become one more case like Goa Governors Argument that it is Constitutional Authority
2) In the light of the Supreme court Orders in WP 10787 -10788 will the High court remit back the issue to be decided first by the FAA and if so who is it , the SPEAKER himself
well an interesting Case
