[rti_india] Karnataka ammends RTI analise

This is only a means of delaying tacticts, in my opinion sec 18 complains are anyway meaningless, as they are not time bound and only ghather dust at least in Mumbai, none of my complains were ever attended to inspite of me going there after a hear they were all in the file gathering dust.
filing first appeal, a new treand has started whereby 1st appeal does not take hearing, so one files 2nd appeal, after about a year 2nd appeal calls u for a hearing, he passes orders that 1st appellate authority should take hearing and pass orders within a month, after getting the order, again one has to file 2nd appeal wait for another 18 months or so for hearing to come up. a waste of time and money and no monetary compensation given to applicant.why have 1st Appeals who are only Godfathers of PIO. however there is one grace saver to counter this menance go to google search engine, Type J.P.Shah Blog
its wonderful. Hats off to Shri Jitendra Shah from Gujarat, C.M. Mody for development of Gujarat , J.P.Shah for development ways and means of tackling RTI
