[IAC#RG] Why does Modi idolise foreign converted rascals like Gandhi ?

Tommorrow 2 Oct is a day on which another national farce will be enacted for the umpteenth time.

Mr. Modi at 11:30 AM will inaugurate a certain Pravasi Bharatiya Bhawan building in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, a short distance away from another nest of foreign influenced vipers on prime land 'gifted' to them by the Indian State.

Since the theme for Mr. Modi this time is 'Gandhi the Pravasi', it falls upon IAC to critically examine the role of this so-called father of the nation touching on the following points by recalling.

1) That this Gandhi the Pravasi was a paid British agent provocateur imported from abroad to undermine and scuttle the revolutionary Indian freedom movement,

2) That this Gandhi the Pravasi was in a notorious homoerotic relationship in South Africa which rendered him pliable for his imperialist paymasters,

3) That this Gandhi the Pravasi was a collaborator raising troops for the British from among the Indian people,

4) That Gandhi the Pravasi publicly and repeatedly declared his resolve for unconditional support to the British Empire,

5) That for his treachery the Pravasi Gandhi was awarded the Kaiser-e-Hind medal by the British among other substantial payments,

6) That Gandhi Pravasi was an incestuous paedophile and raving sex maniac,

7) That Gandhi the 'peacenik' was responsible for the execution of Bhagat Singh by his coded letter of March 23 1931 to the Viceroy and so that the nation could be ultimately divided.

If this is the sort of person the Prime Minister of India deems fit to idolise and raise monuments to, then India Against Corruption must seriously question is there is any difference between the Congress and the RSS.

Every statement Mr. Modi utters tomorrow in praise of this Pravasi rascal will be an insult to the pantheon of real Hindustani martyrs who laid down their lives so that a free India can be achieved (and which free India is still to come).

Dear Concerned Felowmen,
Please let me know who ruled this country for the highest period and who breeded the corruption?  Who took real estate gurillas on task and why real estate business in turmoil? Who launched IDS so seriously? Even why business community is going against Modi??

Should I say more??

You have asked a very pertinent question which is also troubling many patriots and nationalist minded on this channel.

At the outset let me assure you, sincerely, that IAC continues to be a highly patriotic movement and we are not corrupted by anti-national forces or their thinking. We don't take a single paise of funding from anybody for IAC, let alone from foreigners.

Let me further assure you that IAC is second to none when it comes to standing up for India's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and putting India first.

However, we are ourselves getting concerned by the dangerous policy shifts this Modi sarkar is making which is shaping India up to be an instrument of the USA. Ultimately we believe (hopefully we are wrong) this will result in India getting crushed between the powerful grinding mills of USA and China.

I cannot explain to you in 1 (or even 2) emails what is causing us to publicly question Mr. Modi's actions. All I can say is that this present Govt is not a clean government and Mr. Modi is definitely corrupt if he does not himself nip that corruption or allow it to be nipped.

Lastly, I am not interested in nit-picking if somebody is 10%corrupt:90%honest or 49%corrupt:51%honest.

Dear Mr Ray/Col Ray,

You and IAC are doing a good job , though I may not fully agree with everything being said by you. Your reply to Mr Venkatraman was absolutely on dot.

Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, mail from India Resists was going into my "Spam". Only today while trying to clear the same, I could see the exchanges on the " Corrupy Mouse".

Incidentally I found someone addressing you as Col sahib. Were you from EME or Sappers. I too am from Sappers having taken Premature Retirement in 1992.

Dear IAC subscribers

Some comments have been made on our list that IAC is not doing anything.

Let me assure you that IAC is silently working and reporting corruption by public servants concerning our national security and borders. For eg. on 24.08.2016 the MHA (Border Management Division) has issued an advisory letter on a complaint made by IAC. IAC name is a terror in certain Ministries.

Correspondingly, our members are mature enough to realise that disclosure of our complaints to the movement would allow the 'haramis' to frustrate us. However, recognising that the larger movement must be involved, we shall invite submissions / inputs from our seasoned members from time to time.

In the recent URI incident, it is crystal clear that Pakistan was well aware of the resentment of the forces with the 7th pay commission and its panoply of associated matters which Modi Sarkar (like all sarkars before it) has ignored like ostriches with their heads up their posterior, and Pakis have exploited it.

Accordingly, IAC solicits inputs from our list on the following

1) NFU (Non-functional pay upgrade) controversy

2) Corps of Engineers versus IDSE controversy in MES and corrupt role of a particular IAS Additional Secretary/MoD of Bihar cadre in privatising the MES (ie. removing CoE at the top) so that a regime of corruption prevails there like it does in NBCC and NPCC in civil side so that militants can infiltrate the weak spots deliberately created by corrupt civilian engineers.

On NFU and associated anomalies, let me state in advance to our IESMs that IAC does not expect that the Anomalies panel shall give a clear ruling, and more time will be wasted for all of you.

Email me directly <sroy.mb@gmail.com> in confidence, or to the list publicly.

Re: [IAC#RG] Narendra Modi is the corrupt mouse that roars !!

I think it is right for me to recount my very sad experience when I reported to the Joint Services Wing (JSW) of the National Defence Academy at Clement Town Dehra Dun in late July 1952 to join the Indian Navy. I found myself one of the oldest in age officially while the others looked as old or older. Soon I was told by some of the others that they were in fact one or two years older, when I questioned how could this be when our fathers had to sign our entrance forms which showed the age, one of them said, "Oh he tho bola, Beta yeh baad me upka unnati ho ga !" I was shocked to be told of a father telling his 15-17 year old son that 'If yo lie, it will benefit you later !' Since then I have borne with lying and cheating to get ahead, and lying and cheating leads to corruption, which is our bane. So, I concluded that it is our parents who are to blame for our dishonesty, our corruption.

Think about it, our society needs correction. Parents and schools must learn to teach honesty as the FIRST requirement. We need a revolution led by an honest leader to change the 'foundation' of our society. To teach our parents to teach honesty as the BASIC characteristic of each child.

Dear Premji:

I would like to share a slightly different perspective.
In my opinion, we are neither a democracy (mere elections do not make for democracy), nor a dictatorship. We are neither Capitalistic, nor socialistic. I see us as a Kleptocracy. It is not very difficult to find large numbers of netas who before their political careers had a hand-to-mouth existence. But within a few years of netagiri, they report assets worth hundreds or crores. And our institutions are so "caged parrots" that they buy the proposition that the wealth belongs to the wife. At another level, at least 10%, probably 20 or even 30% of our budget amounting to lacs of crores per annum is lost to princely perks like free water, electricity, rail and air travel, cars, housing, cheap loans at 1/2 the market rates, medical facilities, pensions, etc., etc., not counting the "other perks".

The unfortunate part is that no heavy-duty PM / FM or other ministers have sat down to get a complete analysis of cost elements of governance, including salaries and perks, and retirement benefits, and to rationalise same. If done, the savings would be lacs of crores per annum to the nation. Everyone promises minimum government, maximum governance, etc., but once elections are past these good things are all forgotten.

With such lopsided governence, what we get is corrupted policies, and corrupted policies lead to corrupted institutions, be it the judiciary or the polity or the bureaucracy, and eventually to the entire citizenry. Such a scnerio cannot really pass for a democracy, nor for capitalism or for socialism.

Dear Shri Sabhlok,
I am no historian, but the history that I know is slightly different from what you stated.
Before independence, the congress party had declared their policy of land reforms which included the abolition of zamindari/ taluqdari, ceiling on agricultural land holdings etc. Pandit Nehru was a great admirer of the Soviet model of development and his inclinations were always known. He was a trusted disciple of Gandhiji, with whose support he became the PM.

The British government did not follow socialism in India, but India during their 90 years of direct rule rapidly moved to extreme poverty - extreme poverty and very poor human development so much so that its contribution to world trade was reduced to three percent from about 25% before the East India Company became a force to reckon with in India.

When a society is extremely poor, capitalism cannot be acceptable to the people as initially it increases disparities in income and wealth. Free enterprise works when a society has reached a certain level of development. Moreover, character of the people is important and that determines whether the path to development will be slow or quick and the integrity of the people will be high or low. It is not static and changes with development. When Clive won the war, it was the difference in the character of the soldiers of the two armies and technology that enabled him to defeat a many times larger force.

There is great wisdom in the teaching of Lord Buddha of "intermediate path" - of balance between extreme positions. With development the balance shifts from socialism to free enterprise. Some of the most developed countries such as the Norway, Sweden  have high State intervention in the social sector, although their economic activity is by and large free.

I am surprised to see the subject of this e-mail link describing Modi as the "Corrupt mouse that Roars". It is quite unlike you to endorse a platform that uses such strong and abusive language because the Vedas certainly do not profess even entertaining such ideas, let alone expressing them.

With regards,
Vinay Shankar

Mr sarabjit,
What have you been doing past 60 years to stop corruption which this country has  tolerated and have reached the grim situation. Do you really have better action plan to work or you are amongst one of those who can sit and advice any one on any matter with out knowing even abcd of the subject.
It is very shameful that our country men are expert in abusing but do no good by their action. You are not alone there are many experts like you in our country who can tell what wrong a doer is doing and know nothing beyond it.I do not know if you are paid for this service or doing your bit with out payment from traitors.
If can not do good to country  at least keep yourself in active  and watch .The experts emerged from movement of IAC like Kejriwal are good for nothing accept creating nu sense in society and aspiring to defeat Modi by just talking.

Frankly, Modi at Kozikhode looked like an 80-Year-old Amitabh Bachhan trying to reprise his Zanjeer days. Those same tired recycled Salim Javed dialogues interspersed with twits from Hindustan ki Kasam and Haqeeqat have fooled nobody outside the BJP, and least of all IAC, no matter how Modi's paid news channels hail his 'strategic restraint'.

Simply put, strategic restraint means that previous BJP disasters like Operation Parakram cannot be repeated, and Modi has wisely avoided that trap due to his compulsions, However, the world knows, even if irresponsible BJP cadres don't, that India's capacity to fight has been severely eroded under successive Congi and NDA govts. Our ordnances, armouries and reserves are severely depleted and troops and police exhausted by side duties and poor inputs.

As I write, frantic calls are being made from MoD offices to all the arms dealers everywhere essentially saying 'Tell us what you have available for delivery right now'. This is a golden opportunity for the world to dump all their expired stocks on us at any price they demand. The nation is being looted through this war hysteria fabricated by Doval and his rogue network - which unfortunately contains many misguided retired forces chiefs and other Gro├čer Generalstab (traitors) in it.

For instance, why the great hurry for signing this 36 plane Rafael deal, a roundly criticised classic case of too little too late for the IAF, at this time ? Why is India buying these planes at 4 times the cost they are sold to the French Airforce ? Normally in the arms business it is common to export at below price to outsiders to keep domestic production going. This clearly shows that there are still kickbacks of at least 500% in this deal.

Mark our words Mr. Modi : This BJP Govt is shaping up to be even more corrupt than the Congress was, and all the fake jingoism and manufactured Bharat Mata ki Jai crap to your BJP cadres, and hiding behind national secrecy, is not going to stop our saying so.

PS: Everyday Doval remains is reaffirmation that Modi & Co. are corrupt.

Why there is delay, when there is order?
Why there is delay for those projects where money have already been sanctioned, public are supporting, but no chance of implementation like NH-34 Dalkhola Bypass.
When RBI is issuing coins then why bank does not accepts coin? Whether RBI should stop issue coins.
When there is rule and order then why govt officers does not know such rules and regulation? Who are punishable in such case.
Why govt is blocking the road for politician and ambulance have to wait for jam clearance?
When judge is passing the order then why there are delays in writing and implementing the order whether the posts are filled by quota or bribe. If so then educate them we are speechless.
When we can learn from Pakistan we should learn. And When we need to teach them a lesson we should teach them also.

PIL on the eradication of the criminalization of politics before Hon'ble Supreme Court

A public interest litigation under Article 32 of the Constitution of India to take the electoral reforms to the next higher level as visualized by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India vs. Association for Democratic Reforms has been filed by four NGOs, viz. Public Interest Foundation, Common Cause, Transparency International India and Gandhian Seva & Satyagraha Brigade.  The petitioners have represented that the fundamental rights of millions of voters have been compromised on account of criminalization of politics as voters' right to choose in a free and fair manner is adversely influenced by the mighty and moneyed criminal elements of society.  The prayer of the petitioners is for appropriate guidelines to ensure that those charged with serious criminal offence are disqualified to enter the political arena and also to lay down a time frame during which trial of such persons is concluded. The petitioners hope that these measures would serve as an effective deterrent for criminals to enter politics.  The petitioners have further prayed that the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in Dinesh Trivedi, MP and ors. Vs. Union of India be implemented so as to negate the growing nexus between criminals, politicians and bureaucrats.   The petition has also challenged the constitutional validity of section 8(4) of the Representation of People Act, 1951, which provides that in the case of a sitting legislator, the mere filing of an appeal would operate as a stay of the disqualification.
Public Interest Foundation, in association with like-minded organizations, had launched a forum for supporting the campaign "No Criminalisation in Politics" in the run up to the 2009 General Elections.  A nation-wide effort was launched to discourage political parties from giving tickets to candidates with criminal antecedents.  Citizens were also encouraged not to vote of candidates with a criminal background.
The Supreme Court bench heard the PIL today i.e. January 5, 2012 and has directed for issuance of notice to Union of India and the Election Commission. We seek your support in our campaign to curb the role of criminals in politics.

Further,  Gandhian Seva & Satyagraha Brigade 's Chairman Justice Kamleshwar Nath has sent a letter to our respected Prime Minister on October 13, 2015 for the urgent actions in respect of the following matters -
(i)      Lokpal and Lokayuktas and other related Law (Amendment) Bill, 2014 which was introduced in Lok Sabha on December 18, 2014 by the Minister for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions;
(ii)    Citizen's Charter and Grievance Redressal Bill 2011;
(iii)   De-criminalisation of politics as per repeated recommendations of our Election Commission and the Law Commission (a PIL filed by an NGO, viz., Public Interest Foundation (run by Shri Nripendra Misra, presently PMO's Principal Secy.) is also pending in the Supreme Court.
(iv)   Removal of the reservation on caste basis. It was initially introduced for 10 years in 1950; and
(v)    Forfeiture of illegally acquired assets of public servants (including Ministers, MPs and MLAs) as has been enacted by a number of states in our country.

These issues are considered necessary as urgent surgeries for the smooth functioning of our national institutions, good governance and elimination of criminality from politics; otherwise there will be many hindrances and wastage of most precious time as happened in the recent session of our Parliament.  The proposed steps are necessary for the well being of our society.

We are sure that your action on these issues would be recorded as a unique historical example.

With all the best wishes for your efforts.

Re: [IAC#RG] Narendra Modi is the corrupt mouse that roars !!

We have received several emails from eminent people on this list expressing concern about the abusive term "corrupt mouse" used in connection with PM.

Let me thank them for expressing their sentiments and sharing their concern that the works IAC is doing should not be detracted by usage of terms they find abusive.

I have carefully analysed the emails received from our members on this point. Mostly they seem to be upset that I have used the terms "corrupt " and "mouse" for Shri Narendra Modi. Apparently Shri Modi is a pure honest selfless world leader of stature who can do no wrong, ie a great noble Mahatama above and beyond corruption. Many subscribers express that Shri Modi is an iron man and great nationalist who will protect India's interests better than any past PM did.

Firstly,  I did not describe Shri Modi as "corrupt mouse", I described him as "the corrupt mouse who roars" in the context of the speech he made at Kozhikode. I perceived Mr. Modi's speech as foolishly jingoistic and empty rhetoric made from his party's platform when there was no need for it to be given. In my view Mr. Modi's foolish speech has seriously compromised the Indian Army's (the affected force in this instance) tactical options to extract a jaw for a tooth.

NB: "The mouse that roared " is a term widely used internationally to describe foolish politicians who utter nonsense.
eg. "Donald Trump and the mouse that roared" [link] used to describe a "preposterous, comical, and surrealistic" speech  by Trump around 17 Aug 2016.

Secondly, I have qualified the term "mouse that roared" by prefixing it with "corrupt". I have sufficient evidence with me for any reasonable person to conclude that Mr. Modi's government/office is riddled with corruption. In fact it is so corrupt that the PMO will not even process allegations / evidences of ongoing corruption, under the prescribed procedures (including their own internal norms grudgingly provided to me in RTI), when these are submitted to it using official channels. All these corrupt actions in the PMO are taking place under the tutelage of a past expert of corruption processes, ie Shri Nripendra Misra, who Shri Narendra Modi personally handpicked (and rewrote the laws of India for) to re-employ in the PMO after his retirement. Accordingly, I have no reason to alter my opinion that Shri Narendra Modi is corrupt.

REQUEST:

1) Please 'trim' old trail emails when posting to this list. Only include the minimum text from earlier posts to show what you are responding to.

2) Please refrain from CC'ing emails you post to this list. Very often emails which are rejected on this list by our moderators are being forwarded and posted to other mailing lists with our tag and subject line - thereby causing confusion.
