[IAC#RG] Why Arvind Kejriwal is not filing defamation

Why  Arvind Kejriwal is not filing defamation suit against sacked minister Kapil sharma for making baseless allegation on daily basis ?Kapil seems to be smarter than his former guru  .He knows  Kejriwalji has no money to hire a lawyer to fight his personal cases .Kejriwal  cannot pay from state exchequer nor he can take money from party's fund.Even if L-G okays utilisation of public money to fight his legal cases, both LG & CM will be pulled up by CAG .CAG is not under Modi or Jaitley. He does not depend on Govt for primotion .
Election Commission may go to the extent of disqualying him for several years if he utilises party's fund for  personal cases.even if CAG & EC look the other way, there is a Brahmastra called PIL .Any citizen can utilize it .Jethmalani's INR four crore as fees and related
Expenses for Kejriwalji's case remain pending .Can LG okay the pending lawyer's fees to the tune of Rs four crore by passing the rule book and norms?

Hence ,hoping against hope
that Kejriwalji will come out of the red before  next Delhi assembly election about two and a half years later !

Re: [IAC#RG] Dismiss this stupid COAS "Rawat"

A Senior Advocate like Mr. Bhushan would surely be expected to know

A) That Indian Penal Code does not apply in J&K
B) That the Indian Army's role in J&K is confined to protecting the
borders from external aggression.
C) It is the role of the J&K govt / local /State police to provide
protection to poll workers, and not that of the Indian Army.
D) The Indian Army is being misused in J&K and is nothing but an
occupying Army (as Mr. Bhushan's own son has proclaimed on may
occasions).
E) In so far as "self defence" is concerned, the right of private
defence does not extend to the aggressors and is inapplicable when the
state protection machinery is available.

Here is what the House of Bhushan (Prashant Bhushan) had tweeted earlier
https://twitter.com/pbhushan1/status/866808465792147456
"This award shows farcical nature of Army's inquiry into this shameful
act. Shows govt doesn't care about Kashmiris"

S.Roy is correct, these seniors advocates are being vastly overpaid
for their blinkered legal opinions (which legal gossips indicate are
as easily purchased as they are).

Re: [IAC#RG] "A-team" of Congress and "B-team" of BJP

Mr S Roy's observations are 100% correct in case of both. The bureaucracy has more than often acted even in an anti-national manner, if I may add. The nexus between several judges and the lawyers  is deeper than what Mr Roy mentions.

The most corrupt is our bureaucracy because of  the powers they enjoy . They have been the root causer of corruption , corrupting judiciary and  officials of other services to please their political bosses.

India has one of the  worst bureaucratic set up . They have been controlling their political bosses since independence grabbing the completing governing system in their favour.

We must correct this situation by drawing professionals from all the services , such as Forest , Agriculture , Engineering , Defence Services ,Medical and others  to form this rejuvenated administrative set up to govern the country.

I repeat and reiterate my opinion that the present day higher judiciary along with their system, of "officers of the court" (ie. advocates) is probably the most corrupt institution of India and the reason India is in such a mess today. They are answerable to nobody, they are self appointing and self-serving, utterly resistant to transparency, essentially a law unto themselves and the fees being paid today to the so-called designated senior advocates are a public scandal (eg. alleged Rs. 3.2 crore legal bill for Ram Jethmalani to defend Arvind Kejriwal) leading us in civil society to apprehend that perhaps portions of these scandalous fees find its way back to the judges they appear before so thyat litigation piles up as court dates (taarikh pe taarikh pe taarikh) are given at the drop of a hat

Actually, I recall in one of our RTIs filed to the Delhi High Court a few years back in 2013 I came across an instance of a sitting judge "bribing" another sitting judge, and after 2 hotly contested appeals hearings the Delhi High Court RTI Appellate officer eventually gave me a certified copy of the document in question (the kuccha copy already being with me) whereupon I was able to get the receipient judge transferred out (but not dismissed because the procedure is too cumbersome and impossible).

Dear Shri Gaur

All these 3 parties - BJP, AAP and Congress are corrupt. So it makes no difference who is in which party.

Actually, The real cause of India's corruption  is its corrupt higher judiciary and court system where the corruptors and corruptees find easy relief and refuge.

It is now time for citizens to demand their rights and governance and establish who is working (or not working) for them.

Kejriwal never had any respect for Hazare which was only for the TV cameras. Plus Anna Hazare was (and still is) an actor for hire who will say and do anything for a fee.

Incidentally, Kejriwal was not interested in politics till April 2012. All he wanted was to get the World Bank dictated Lokpal Bill (Ombudsman Act) implemented for which he was being handsomely paid in crores by World Bank, CIA and through some George Soros linked front organisations.

When will we have a similar post/s about Narendra Modi, Nitin Gadkari, Venkiah Naidu, Piyush Goyal etc

You must look at this in the larger context of BJP and Congress being old allies in corruption..

Re: [IAC#RG] Dismiss this stupid COAS "Rawat"

Thank you, MG Kapoor ji, for bringing at last a voice of reason and compassion to this site.

I do think, however, that it IS the media's job to investigate the circumstances of this grave infringement of a citizen's rights. Tomorrow the Army may try and tie a schoolgirl or an infant on to their vehicle for their own safe passage.

Re: [IAC#RG] Dismiss this stupid COAS "Rawat"

Anybody who has worked with Forces and has been deputed to difficult areas like Kashmir at this moment knows that some strict action is required.

Now wether this Dar is as innocent as some ppl say is doubtful.
An Army guy will never pick up a innocent bystander unless the local fella is actively involved in continous act which is against safety of officials and the Nation.

Kashmir is becoming the hot bed for these anti national activities.
And they have themselves invited the Army there with situation getting out if hand as we watch.

Sitting in our drawing rooms its easy to fire at Gogoi. We shd be with him and fight the insurgents and then we should judge him.

Regards to all.
