Re: [IAC#RG] Heads must roll for Uri

Dear Col. Joshi

May I humbly submit that the most privileged class of the country is an inter-twined web of netas, judges/super-lawyers, assorted business interests - all busy intermarrying their baba/baby 'log' and protecting their (usually) old money assets. The bureaucrats are just super smart exam clearing blokes willing to do anything for their next 3 generations to live off.

Secondly, nobody cares about technicalities and terrain. The forces are just pawns in some great geo-political strategic game played for amusement between globally intertwined privileged classes.

Thirdly, do you think it was coincidence that some bal Sadhvi Saraswati's song goes "viral" through some random CrPF happening to sing it soon after Uri. Those who know how the game is played have very jaundiced eyes.

Follow the money. Doval and son must go.

Ladies and Gentlemen as an ESM and having run around like a mad dog chasing foreign and home grown abdullas (those days Govt forced us to call them "misguided brothers and sisters") I submit that there is no one to blame in this( URI)  other than the Army. Damage would have taken place in any case till surprise is lost, but it should not have been to this extent.
Terrain dictated my Battalion HQ to be located in a bowl. It was vulnerable and  fired upon with rockets incendiaries etc (solar powered btys activated with the first ray of sun, so that my misguided brother did not have to be physically sitting there) at least three times during the tenure. We took precautions yet were not sure of its 100% efficacy. That is the hazard of asymmetric war .The most vulnerable time used to be when our convoy would come with rations, stores , eqpt and leave reliefs- the former as Advance winter stocking and daily maint. Utter chaos. By Gods Grace there was no loss of life. They tried to damage our Mandir & Gurudwara but failed. Guess he must not have got a slot in heaven.Yes they did cause damage to my stores or clothing but not to the extent of affecting "the business continuity plan" as a Management Guru will put it. As a Combat soldier I say it did not affect my "combat efficiency". I had dug my ammunition point and FOL (fuel oil & lubricant ) dump fairly deep into the Mother Earth.(standard army procedure )  His Rockets ,steel jacketed projectiles, incendiaries,  simply could not cause damage, as  at URI. We were deployed for three years and three months . Hence I submit to one and all, do not blame Doval , the CCS ,Shri Modi , Parrikar or Rajnath Singh. They have done their job by very clearly articulating what the Security Forces have to do and upto what limit they can go(we did not have that privilege, for Mufti himself was the Home Minister , George the Giant killer was all at sea- Jagmohan had just been withdrawn and most of the things were thrown on the shoulders of General Zaki my Corps Commander- I  consider him the saviour of the Valley and place him at par with Sardar Patel who ordered 1 SIKH to be airlifted to Srinagar in 1947))
I often speak to my friends who inform me of the absence of micromanaging by a bureaucrat. Bureaucrats I guess have been told to lay off and concentrate on what best they do "create chaos" (bad administration leads to Naxalism etc- served in such areas and have personal experience with the cream of the Nation and the most privileged class of the country- The Bureaucrat).
This is my perspective for whatever worth.

It's high time that Doval and his gang of 2 faced double dealing collaborators (Vaidik etc) are sacked, that the Army takes over entire Jammu and Kashmir to sort out without political interference accompanied by all Barkha Dutt clone journalists.and foreign financed human right pimps being escorted out in handcuffs and leg chains.

Pls stop being ridiculous. The response when it happens has to be calculated to cause Pakistan much hurt so that they think twice next time before sending terrorist over the LOC. The action has to be professionally executed.
Policemen cannot evacuate a bunch of hawkers neither does Doval have the vision although of course he is NSA, and a top policeman.
Experience cool innovative thinking  is required. Also the media has to come in later so as not to compromise surprise action as they did in Mumbai!
A concerted effort is needed.

Modi does not need defence forces. He has one man army of Dhavol who is ruling the roost. The pay of defence forces in 7th pay commission is lower than the police. So why should the defences forces lay down lives Let Dhavol fight and free POK and liberate Balochistan

First Pathankot and now Uri .

  1. Was it a complete failure of intelligence coupled with procedural slipups ?
  2. Or, is Parrikar as incompetent / interfering as Kejriwal & Co ?
  3. And, is it time for serious and sober debate followed by calibrated response(s) ?
  4. Finally, should Doval be sacked and the foolishly jingoistic Doval doctrine scrapped ?
