Re: [IAC#RG] Heads must roll for Uri

Last 70 years experience of rudderless Socialistic governments has amply proved that no IAS officer should be ever made Defence Secretary and no politician be ever made Defence Minister. Enough is enough. We should have Defence Secy from Services (Lt Gen/Air Marshal/Vice Admiral) and Defence Minister who is ever keen to make our Defence forces extremely strong and effective who can keep IAS  officers miles away. from the defence services.officers. Ideal solution is have all Secretaries and Cabinet Secy as tenure posts for five years through open Competition.Let bright IAS officers compete for the same along with highly bright administrators of the country including serving/retired Defenec Officers.

Large Scale shake up in the Bureaucracy is immediately required. or be ready law and order and other problems.

Dear Sarabjit

The uncertain competence and priorities of  Politicians like Manohar Parikar , Arun Jaitley and some others is understandable. Let them be.

We need to identify culprits within the bureaucracy who have taken it upon themselves to sell vital national interests for their own incompetence and corruption.

In the meanwhile, this is no time for endless open ended debate IAC style.

We have Narendra Modi who the people of India have elected for his self projection as a strong nationalist leader. He has to give an account of his intent and capability  to the people of India.

Let him sack any one who does not perform and that may include Parikar, Rajnath, Sushma, Jaitley or Doval who ever. India holds Modi responsible and that is in exchange of unstinting support of all Indians who are already in a state of complete consensus so far as our national interests vis a vis Pakistan & China are concerned are concerned. We the people of India promise to stand with him and for him .

First Pathankot and now Uri .

  1. Was it a complete failure of intelligence coupled with procedural slipups ?
  2. Or, is Parrikar as incompetent / interfering as Kejriwal & Co ?
  3. And, is it time for serious and sober debate followed by calibrated response(s) ?
  4. Finally, should Doval be sacked and the foolishly jingoistic Doval doctrine scrapped ?
