The news line is from Patna and To butress the point on hoethe RTI was being misused by Maoists to take hike thier levy , the sorce said Recently the Moaists were negotiating with a construction company on 'levy', When the firm owner said it was not possible for him to pay such hefty sum due to low budget i\of the project the ultras produced a copy of the actual cost of project which they had procured through RTI ,the company owner had no choice but top follow their diktat.
