What is the problem to society. If somebody choses particular way of life what manner it affects others.if somebodies way of life never disturb others why should soceity tell him to change his life. Your individual thinking may not be problem to the society. State only control over law and order if any kind of relegious practice directly infringe anothers life state can have legislation to prevent it. Inheritance marriage etc are matters which are not to be Dictated in a common manner. Legitimatly every one should get freedom to choose his life without hurting others.remember there is no restrictions to religious conversions. So if somebody thinks to change his civil right he can do so.no need to make law which does not suit his way of life. Arif mohammad khan had the courage to stand for this liberty. We need reasonable analysis not a biased opinions.

What is the problem in lack of uniform civil code. Come on if somebody marries several women how it hurts the soceity. Why we need a common civil code after all. This is not a series matter At all
