A comprehensive document Point-Counter Point needs to be compiled,with supporting verifiable evidence to back up any issue. Historical backdrop and global scenario needs to be kept in view,as also Constitutional provisions,as also a unanimous resolution passed by the Parliament reg PoL/LoC. The desire of the nation at macro level and desire of each village/habitation at micro level also needs to be factored into overall analysis. The real geopolitical feasibility of any small/big area to be in any specific mode,as also real/perceived well being of people/security+dev of the area need to be considered as imp factors in analysis. No knee-jerk,or piece meal reactions/opinions are of any use.RAW/IB have done massive studies and also prepared scenarios. Shall not like to talk about the same here,for obvious reasons.
