To set-out the extract from the order contained in the zeenews story

Setting aside these arguments, Information Commissioner Shailesh Gandhi has now said,
"This Commission respectfully disagrees with the decision of the then Chief Information Commissioner that the PIO, Supreme Court may choose to deny the information sought under the RTI Act and ask an applicant to apply for information under Order XII of the SC Rules."

This is conclusive proof that Shailesh Gandhi knows nothing of the RTI Act and is hence not competent to function as an Information Commissioner. I intend to file a complaint to Mr S.N.Mishra about this (copy to this list) asking him to take action.
