attached is email received from sympa.
The spam e-mails originate from "mail.sarai.net"
and "www.sarai.net" website is listed as CSDS.
part.
mail.sarai.net is a well known email spaming
list of CSDS, and it is govrnment funds
which were indirectly used for spam emails
to so many people across India.
Yogendar Yadav is a faculty of CSDS so
perhaps that is reason. please
follow it up with CSDS director otherwise
we are going to police and the Cert-in.
