Re: [IAC#RG] If you see an IAS babu lynch him

Dear Madam

Which country, if not India, are you living in if you have not heard of the term "IAS babu" ? Even your Prime Minister (that bloody rascal thief) knows about IAS babus when Modi whines about their babu culture in Parliament

"In 2016, the IAS Association took strong exception to the growing use of the word 'babu' to refer to officers. The then president of the IAS Association, along with several other serving officers, called the word an "abuse" for Indian civil servants. Five years later, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi called IAS officers "babus" and derided the "babu culture" on the floor of Parliament, shock is being expressed in hushed tones even as some described it as a much-needed call for introspection by the community. "

So by your own crazy logic you have confirmed the truth about your uncouth (translated loosely as gawaar unpad anghoota chaap RSS hoodlum who got 2 degrees without ever setting foot in college) Prime Minister.

BTW, It is rather surprising that you can only see 1 IAS officer at this time in Mumbai. The last I heard (I am originally from Ahmednagar, Maharashtra but now in Germany doing sewa over here) there were at least 40 of them well settled in Mumbai under  Mr. Phadnavis. Perhaps 39 of them have succumbed to Modi's triple headed mutant virus (@Maha_Vikas_Aghadi ) ?

I agree. The language is uncouth to say the least. This kind of disgraceful language normally comes from NRIs who have lost the EQ for India.

And I do not know who he calls the IAS babus. I have met excellent IAS officers. We have one in Mumbai right now and we have had one before. Obviously this Moderator hasn't since his base is not in India as I presume.

Whichever way it may be, the language used is consistently offensive with the single aim to denigrate those that according to some 'deserve it'.

I do not believe that the Moderator operates from India.

Dear Kshirsagar,

As a lurker here, I am shocked by the recent discourse on this mailing list.

" ... dissent ... " ?
" ... Priority to restore the economy .." ?
" .. we collectively let our guard down .." ?

Your email is replete with such phrases which betray your sympathy for the present ruling dispensation which has screwed over  and sold out the nation during the COVID catastrophe. Why blame the Chinese when this is now our virus because the INDIAN Govt has completely failed us ?

Your following pathetic excuses are unacceptable.

" The state decided to conduct mahakumbh and drop the requests of symbolism by the center to give relief to the stressed tourism and hospitality sector. Mind it, tourism and hospitality is one of the key economic drivers for Uttarakhand."

Do you suggest that if In the process millions get infected in the rest of the country, lakhs die, families lose the parents, ther wives, their unborn children and, incidentally, the larger ECONOMY gets totally demolished affecting the poor and organised sectors, that is OK to all the knickerwallahs and their homosexual motherloving Prime Minister.

If any awareness has to be spread, it is that the present highly corrupt and incompetent government has corruptly let down the citizens who voted them to power and it is time to boot them out.

While people have the right to dissent, this is not a time to drive your agenda. Every single citizen is more or less responsible for the present situation. We collectively let our guard off. Priority in January and February was to restore the economy. The state decided to conduct mahakumbh and drop the requests of symbolism by the center to give relief to the stressed tourism and hospitality sector. Mind it, tourism and hospitality is one of the key economic drivers for Uttarakhand.

I'm also surprised why no one is blaming the state governments of Maharashtra, Kerala and surrounding states for not controlling movement of people during their chinese virun surge in Feb and March 2021. That would have helped to contain the spread of chinese virus across the nation.

While it is easy and convenient to continue this blame game, the need of the hour is to spread awareness and positivity. 99% people are still recovering. Let's promote the positivity, need for early detection and the ICMR Chinese virus appropriate code of conduct.

A 27 years old pregnant lady doctor dies of Covid in Faridabad

The family of another 27 year old pregnant mother from Mayur Vihar is desperately in need of plasma so at least the baby can be saved if not
the mother.

A reputed study of 2,100 pregnant mothers who contracted Covide concluded that Pregnant women are 20 times more likely to die of COVID

On 1st March 2021 there were 170 (log adjusted) COVID caused deaths in India.
On 1st May 2021 there were 26,000 (log adjusted) COVID caused deaths in India

How did this state of affairs come about ?

The simple answer is corrupt and incompetent IAS officers, and I shall name them publicly

1. Rajiv Kumar Gauba,.IAS
2. Ajay Kumar Bhalla, IAS
3. Rajesh Bhushan, IAS (now in isolation after positive RT-PCR test despite vaccination)

Any one of them had the powers under the National Disaster Management Act to

a) Ban the Mahakumbh at Haridwar
b) Ban the holding of election rallies and other public gatherings of more than 5 persons.

That they did not do so, despite several formal registered complaints given months in advance to them by HRA clearly stating that there would be breakdown of public law and order and creation of super spreader events, is sufficient evidence to HRA of their murderous intentions for which they richly deserve to suffer the same fate as their deceased victims.

Which brings me to the subject line "If you see an IAS babu lynch him", and to hell with the rotten Supreme Court of India which simply brushed aside the widely reported specific oral observations of the Madras High Court judge and along with it the feelings of India.
