Now there is a news that 14 of the bills passed by the assembly have been returned by the Home Ministry for not following the procedure laid down.
Further that the Assembly wants to summon LG to appear before it.
From all these instances it can be safely concluded that he ha s delibrately and knowingly chosen to ignore the constitutional provisions and adopt a confrontational approach to LG and the Central Govt. In this he is supported by legal eagles in the HC and SC. Kapil Sibal,s name comes easily to mind who had thrown a challenge to Kejriwal during India Against Corruption Jan Andolan the he [kejriwal]should join politics to clean the system and kejriwl on cue accepted the challenge and floated AAP. Now the Same Mr. Sibal is defending him in the courts.
Even for the Parliamentry Secretaries they knew it was wrong and still did it. None of the AAP MLAs have any record of Social service or disciple of a political party or experience of governance. I have read your web article carefully. However, in the larger scheme of things AAP/Kejriwal is not so important as other national partiies and AAP are more as semi-amateurs learning the tricks of the trade, whereas Congress and BJP are out and out professionals.
Similarly AAP started at 15 points in Delhi then spiked to 55 points towards end of those 49 days. They returned again at 10 points and are now running at 65 points in "corruption sensex".
But, AAP has many years left to scale heights if they carry on at their present trajectory.
So let us wait and watch.

I am gratified to observe that Mr. Satyendar Kr. Jain seems to be capable of swift action if requred. I therefore hope that the both of you will take prompt action on the following 3 urgent issues concerning the Transport Dept/GNCTD
1) Immediately shift Millenium Bus Depot from Yamuna Bank, close it and return the land to the river. Please do so without wasting time at behest of various touts and vested interests concerning this emotive issue.
2) Personally oversee that GNCTD's representative on DMRC's 4th fare fixation committee (Mr. K.K. Sharma/CS-Delhi) ensures that DMRC fares are reduced by at least 1/3rd in the same way as was done in case of Airport Express Line. I must convey that I doubt that Mr. Sharma is seriously interested in safeguarding the interests of voters of Delhi against DMRC fare hikes. Infact all the information reaching me is that Mr. Sharma has been "fixed" to ensure a huge (and unwarranted) hike in DMRC fares. Already there are murmurs that the Aam Aadmi Party (which hiked salaries of its MLAs by 4 times immediately on coming to power) is least caring if DMRC fares are "merely doubled".
I am sure that you are very well aware of the open loot which Central Govt (Ministry of Urban Development) is doing in DMRC for decades. For instance I was in a DMRC Blue Line train today, stranded between Rajiv Chowk and Dwarka, for over 3 hours only because of the sheer corruption in DMRC where sub-standard parts, poor safety and shoddy construction are the norm. Since you mostly have mediocre people in your Govt. I doubt if you/GNCTD can project such issues in DMRC (in which Delhi is 50% JV partner but where the shots are called by MoUD/BJP) to safeguard Delhi's interests in DMRC. I recall that Mr.K.K. Sharma was in the Ministry of Urban Development between 1991-1996 so also I doubt if he can be objective or neutral when it comes to filling MoUD's coffers.

3) Ensure that the Enforcement staff of Transport Dept take very strong action against transport vehicles, especially private buses, grameen sewa and e-rickshaws etc. which drive, park and obstruct in No-Entry roads or notified bus lanes. I again remind you that Delhi Traffic Police is unable to prosecute such offenders only because a) GNCTD's PWD is strangely avoiding putting permanent mandatory traffic signs on the notified "no-entry" road and streets, b) Your local MLAs and Councillors are giving "protection" to these habitual offenders.

2) That a letter from CoA to IIA dated 27.April 2016 CA/5/Academic-IIA (PDF copy attached) implies that only Associate Members of IIA who passed AMIIA exams after 2002 are eligible to register as architects with CoA. Mr. Jain (as per his diverse electoral affidavits) apprently passed your AMIIA exams in either 1991 or 1992 (date unclear)
3) That only architects registered with CoA are allowed to practice architecture. Between 1 Jan 2014 and 20 June 2016 Mr.Jain was shown as a "defaulter" on rolls of CoA. The current status is that he has thereafter very recently somehow regularised his enrollment with CoA, quite obviously subsequent to my complaint to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal (CM Delhi) dt. 20.June.2016. I carefully note that IIA has only replied to me (describing Mr. Jain as "Ar.") after Mr. Jain re-entered the CoA rolls.

I for one am much disappointed in kejriwal. He fooled me for sure.
I was a strong supporter and I contributed to his campaign from my hard earned pension money.
However he has proved to be just like any other self seeking politician.
His basic obsession is to be seen on the same leval as Modiji. Although he does not even remotely come anywhere near the PM in any facet of personality or performance.

The very
high-handed attempt by Delhi Chief
Minister Arvind Kejriwal to try and regularize the
appointment of his 21
illegal Parliamentary Secretaries has only exposed the
political bankruptcy of
the Aam Aadmi Party. The President of India Pranab Mukherjee
has rightly swept
away and binned Arvind
Kejriwal's unlawful proposal.
A rvind Kejriwal
needs to be condemned for having
ventured in appointing parliamentary secretaries despite the
Courts having
clearly ruled that it was unconstitutional and an unlawful
mode to give MLAs
cabinet status through the back door. It has only uncovered
Arvind Kejriwal's
deceitful portraying that his party does not have lust for
power. While
claiming to be clean and honest, this proposal was most
dishonest, attempting
to smuggle in persons with positions and perks, but by the
back door!
Appointment of
parliamentary secretaries and
conferring them with rank and status of a Cabinet Minister
is a fraud on the
Constitution of India. It is in rank violation of the 91st
Amendment which was meant
to restrict the size of the Cabinet to prevent jumbo size
cabinets which are a
huge financial burden to the State Exchequer.

We know that we know nothing about " Hindutva " or " Hinduism "
What all we know is that NO religion aboars discontent. All real religions emphasize freedom of thought, tolerance, brotherhood, peace and tranquillity. Religion doesn't teach 1. Kill for not believing what you believe. 2. Burn for eating what you don't want him to eat 3. Shoot for pleading with you to be rational. What sort of civilization we have brought ourselves to be? When Pracharaks are ministers and P.M. can we expect better? Regards.

Mody has a natural capability to understand all that aspects needed for an administrator besides a will to do, do do and do! Modi has a say in anything be it administrative, technical, commercial, students, women, young ones, health -whatever it may be.
