In view of the Delhi High Court decision on 3rd rights, I advise all my fellow list members to always clearly mention in BOLD type at the start of any correspondence which is submitted to public authorities "CONFIDENTIAL, AND NOT TO BE DISCLOSED WITHOUT CONSENT".
