Subject: [HumJanenge] Yet another state (Maharashtra) curtails RTI by Rules

Attached is the PDF of Maharashtra RTI Rules 2012 (amended).

In Maharashtra each RTI request is 150 words maximum on 1 subject. fron now on

This Rule has been drafted by Ms. Aruna Roy, approved by Sonia Gandhi
and passed by PrithviRaj Chavan. All of them being Congressis.

Now a few selected RTIO activists / touts like Krishnaraj Rao will
make a hungama, appeal to Aruna Roy, and they will magnamously
increase the limit to 500 words.

They will then play the same game at the Centre, and stuff the CIC
with handpicked yes men, because the Congress is on the backfoot at
the moment and Rahul "baba's". vote getting power is doubtful (perhaps
he should wear a saree to increase his prospects at the hustings ..
a-la NTR).
