Already An Attempt was Made by Defining "privacy" by a Few Info Comms. Now OK , DoPT Conducts an On line RTI Course to All Citizens of this Country who are Interested or evince Interest . Let them also Give Grades . Is it similar to What AIR or DD considers Artistis . I think No . Since you have Undergone and Got a Grade it is You Yourself to Clarify the Same or DoPT. My Next Two Questions Remain and Follow . The reason Being already There are Business Models ( I Do not want to Be Explicit for Best reasons)Erupting in Several states Some by Retd IAS officers , Some by Serving IAS officers through Benami's , Some through NGO's . One Such Person Even Manipulated a KIC order that His Book on RTI full of errors is the only Means to Get Information(sic) Ultimately ending Up with PIOs and PAs becoming Jombies I am aware a Few Persons clandestinely Recurited as Advisors to a few PAs and it is these Advisors who Reply , attend FAA or Second appeal . If that is So what will the PIO do , Pay the advisor and Carry on all his Nefracious activity?
