We have 13,000 subscribers to this mailing list. Each and every one of them has a right to post. Members post because they expect answers and assistance and accurate information on IAC and its policies, all of which we give them. We will not tolerate persons who muddy the waters to confuse and prevent our members from having their say. The right to Free Speech is precious but not unrestricted (for the larger public good).
I reiterate
1) IAC is now exclusively with Hindustan Republican Association, a ancient violent and revolutionary guild of freedom fighters which won us Independence from foreigners.
2) I and other members of Humjanenge and other RTI online resources are managing this mailing list as an interim measure. In this we have the assistance of past IAC workers. IAC is not and will not be restricted to a mailing list.
3) Arvind Kejriwal, Anna Hazare and I know each other off and on for many years. All our work and the results we have achieved are in the public domain for anybody to compare and contrast. I am second to none when it comes to corruption fighting and neither are my co-partners in IAC
4) For instance one of our present IAC General Secretaries (Veersh Malik) got the Indian Olympic Association under RTI through the Delhi High Court. It was this singular action which triggered IAC movement against CWG-2010 and ultimately got Mr. Suresh Kalmadi arrested.
5) Another present IAC Gen.Secy (C.J.,Karira) has taken the lead in ensuring RTI transparency in High Courts despite the constant threats of contempt of court being dangled over him. This outstanding individual very recently brought back CBI into RBI net from where Sonia Gandhi had taken it out of (to prevent access to her Bofors/Quatrocchi files) !!.
While our people were working what were Arvind and Manish doing - holidaying in South Africa, drinking fine wine and investing in Emu farming ?
6) Yet another IAC Gen Sec (Muzib-Ur-Rehman) exposed the scandals in the PMNRF and NDRF Hundreds of crore rupees were being forcibly collected as PMNRF donations and were not being send to the PMO but were going into private accounts of politicians and unions leaders and being used as working capital for sick PSUs. It was our same IAC G.Sec who got the Delhi High Court to declare that MAXIMUM penalty was MANDATORY when PIOs failed to give information in RTI. The decision is final and unchallenged. In return Muzib-Ur-Rehman is being harassed and victimised while Arvind and Co. go gambling in Sun City on donations of IAC often given by some very poor / honest people who didn't even have enough money left for bus fare to go home with after donating
7) Today the people have a choice. We are going to change the system. We don't want pimps of political parties with us. If you don't like us please leave us.
8) Finally, you have raised the point about replying to Diggy's questions. Let me correct you those were not Diggy's questions. Those were OUR questions which Diggy plagiarised (via Aruna Roy). Why does Arvind feel unable to answer those questions. Because they are True ?
Let him answer only 1 question from my side.
"Dear Arvind, I am given to understand that your wife has spent a very long time in Delhi/NCR postings in the IRS, mainly recently in the Serious Fraud Office. I hear stories that she has been posted there to leak information to you (you were also still a serving IRS officer) which you leaked selectively to "fix' the persons under investigation by that Office (and which information was given to your "friends" in RTI - your wife also curiously being the SFO's PIO) so as to ensure massive donations to various Partys and Foundations). Please tell me if there is any truth in this, or else help me understand how your wife spent 20(?) years posted in Delhi while honest officers like Dr. Ashok Khemka are shunted around like shuttlecocks.

that no money will be collected in name of IAC by him or any person on
