In the meanwhile, while I was sending the mail to you, Mr. Clarence Pinto <clarencepi@gmail.com> has forwarded me another copy of the order dated 10.12.2012 issued by the Hon'ble Mr. Ratnakar Gaikwad Chief Information Commissioner of Maharashtra State Information Commission (MSIC) where in a Pnaltu of Rs. 10000.00 has been imposed on the Public Information Officer of MHADA for denying the information (copy attached).

This order too, has been signed by the CIC and a Seal of the Commission is affixed on the order. MSIC has gone a step further and have done away with the use of envelop for sending the order to the parties. The order is folded and stapled, the name and address of the addressee is ticked, service stamps are affixed and dispatched. All these features are there to see for everyone.
