Re: [IAC#RG] TAINTED CHARACTERS IN INDIAN JUDICIARY

What Sarbhjit mentioned is absolutely correct
In Delhi High court, Original Side all the Courts Commissioners are
sons/ daughters and relatives of the Judges and each commission
report they collect Rupees 1.5. Lakh or more. ( if any body likes to
get the details they can make an inquiry )
The judges never appoint a Normal Lawyer as Commissioner.
A judges son/daughter can earn crores of rupees per year from legal
practice as against this a normal lawyer who have the same kind of
practice and experience will be earning just for his lively hood.
Uncle/Chacha relationships for the son/ daughters of Judges with
other judges give them very great advantage.
Litigants before engaging a Lawyer, specifically big corporates first
make an inquiry about the lawyer who is most close to a particular
Judge. Closeness to a judge make a normal lawyer to become big. So
every body will try to reach near to judges. Lawyers spend crores of
rupees in Bar association elections to get elected. Once they got
elected they knows that Judges will recognize them and they can reach
close to some judges. This kind of relationships also pay dividends
to them..
there is a saying that
"a lawyer who knows Law can be good lawyer but a Lawyer who knows the
Judges become successful Lawyer
" Our total system is rotten and required to be replaced"
