Re: [IAC#RG] Lessons from these 5 election results

I agree AAP should take the first step. It is not possible to solve all problems in the 5 year terms but steps taken in the right direction will help in the long run

Sire & Friends All,

i have read with interest the "magic cum non-violent revolution" of sorts wrought by the innovative leadership of Aam Admi Party (AAP).. i would like to share some thoughts in favour of our future as a democracy.

1. Nothing in life is perfect, least so in the political, economic, social and physical living we are blessed with. That truth is universal, and does not apply to us alone.

2. Caution and laying conditions is a fair cum healthy approach BUT the AAM party cannot just make it a rhetorical excuse, as if its supporters expect it to solve ALL our (and their) problems at ONE go.
Such magic does not exist in any polity, worldwide, democratic or not.

3. AAP  may consider & take on a handful of challenges, as a start, taking the people into confidence via the media and public gatherings in all parts of Delhi State.
Would these be:
3.1  REDUCING INFLATION OF ALL PERISHABLE FOODS BY 50%
3.2  REDUCING THE COST OF DRINKING WATER BY 30%
3.3  REDUCING ELECTRICITY COSTS BY 10 -15% -- AS A STARTING POINT.
3.4  PLUG THE WASTAGE OF PERISHABLE FOODS, WATER LEAKAGES AND           ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION LOSSES WITH STRINGENT SUPERVISION
3.5  HELP ELIMINATE THE "BATTI" AND "SIREN" OF THE VIP VEHICLES                       EXCEPT THE PRESIDENT, PM, AND THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA.
AND THOSE OF THE AMBULANCE OR THE FIRE ENGINES.Period.
3.6  PROVIDE SANITATION FACILITIES IN ALL RECOGNISED  SLUMS OF THE             CITY & IMPROVE THE GARBAGE COLLECTION CUM PROCESSING
3.7  INVITE A  THOUSAND ( OR MORE) MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS TO RUN                 DISPENSARIES / HEALTH CENTRES IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE CITY --
AT TIMES CONVENIENT TO THEM FOR 3-4 HOURS ONLY AS A START                 WITH A MAJOR FOCUS ON CHILDREN, WOMEN AND SENIOR CITIZENS
3.8   PROVIDE MEDICATIONS AT 30% OF THE COST TO THE URBAN POOR
3.9   FACILITATE AND IMPROVISE 100% SUPERVISION OF ALL MUNICIPAL                 RUN SCHOOLS IN THE STATE AND TRAIN THE TEACHERS INCLUDING
CHECKING THEIR MERIT OR OTHERWISE OF THE SAID TEACHERS
3.10 CONSIDER EFFICACY PLUS THEIR EQUIPMENT OF ALL SANITATION
WORKERS & EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION OF THEIR WORK WHlife cum services

ERE
         DRAINS, PUBLIC LAYRINES ARE CONCERNED
3.11 WORK CLOSELY WITH THE POLICE STATIONS AND ALL SUCH CENTRES          OF THE POLICE SO AS TO IMPROVE BY 30% THEIR EFFECTIVE                            APPROACH -- RELATED SPECIFICALLY TO CRIME REDUCTION WHERE            WOMEN, LOSS OF CHILDREN, VEHICLE LOSSES, ETC., ETC. ARE
          CONCERNED.
3.12  START A VOLUNTEER FORCE FROM AMONG THE YOUTH--MEN AND                   WOMEN IN THE STATE TO WORK CLOSELY & VOLUNTARILY IN ALL                     ASPECTS OF LIFE, IN PARTICULAR THE URBAN POOR IN THIS STATE.
(IDENTIFY AND SEEK CLOSE INVOLVEMENT WITH NGOs IN THE STATE)

No one expects a massive change in its first year, itself.
Trust and faith plus their own experience will help getting into 100 or more aspects of LIFE for the common citizens in Delhi state.and the National Capital Region.

Sooner this gets done, much, much more can follow in the larger issues that the capital city requires. Also to start with focus upon what the NCR stands for and

Well I don't know how to reply WHY people would vote for the BJP.
You tell me !!

Is there any other logical explanation except for "Tampered EVMs"
which would  give such a perfect result in Delhi for the Congress ?

There's no point anybody "coming down" on side of individuals.
Its all make-believe. Like Congress "gave" people "RTI Act" (and
now "Lokpal") but forgot to give Information Commissioners.

In fact this shows that Congress is the worst at this sort of thing
where they run with the hare and hunt with the hounds. At least
with parties like SP or BSP or AIDMK etc you don't have to deal
with such hypocrisy and it all comes down to money.

Where is BJP in hiding on section 377 ? They have clearly said
the law is correct and agreed with the Supreme Court judgement.
