Re: [IAC#RG] FREE WIFI in Delhi - Stakeholder Consultations

Dear Girender Singhji

I really thank you for posing such a question to me directly.

As my attached PDF explained, it was only the AAP which made such kind
of wild promises like FREE Wifi, FREE Water etc, so citizens obviously
voted for them in large numbers. Now we are finding what they actually
meant by FREE.

Since AAP knew very well what I was going to write, AAP even changed
the scheduled dates of the hearings and brought in some fake body
called "Delhi Dialogue Commission" because no honest babu will agree
with such nonsense as proposed by them.

As I firmly believe that what they did is a CORRUPT practice, as IAC
Convenor I am obliged to say so publicly. If BJP does so or Congress
does it, I shall be, and am, equally unsparing.

I really look forward to taking this kind of deceit up with Ms Ilina
Sen, w/o the eminent grassroots leader Dr. Binayak Sen, who was AAP's
internal "jokepal" when I last enquired. If necessary I will even pay
Rs. 10 to join AAP and get the info under RTI from them. There is no
shortage of AAP persons who will gladly cut a Rs.10 party receipt for
me.
