| Dear friends, I, along with wife Dr Nutan Thakur, am planning a personal complete round-about tour of USA between July to September 2012. While I would like to have my tour focused on study of "Human Rights and Police", Nutan wants to study "Transparency in governance" in USA. In both cases, we shall be keeping the Indian context in the background. We plan to tour as much part of USA by road/airways as possible in around three months. The purpose is to interact with maximum amount of people and to come to certain definite conclusions, including how of these facts can be incorporated back in India.
