Whatever may be discussions which have happened till date , the very question in the caption of the subject matter takes me to join in on the discussion and inform that thro' RTI we can get attested True copies of Documents held by the Public authority in this case ARMY and the Decision to Decide upon whether that document is correct or not etc etc is not all in the perview of RTI if we understand Section 2(f) information as defined in the Act . I would also draw the Attention to Friends in this Loop that various Info.Comm's have ruled as to this Definition .
We also see in KIC every day one or the Other person Arguing Vehemently as to the genuine or Not and yes they happen to be Misunderstanding the Ambit of the Act and they also have Made the Request under RTI because of a Grievance
