Dear Mohit

Further to what some members have posted.

1) I am not a "member" of this group. I am a LIST-OWNER here

2) Section 7 speaks of any form of gratification WHATSOEVER for showing forbearance (refusing to act) or doing a disservice (not doing his job properly) or for showing UNDUE FAVOUR (to the Public Authority etc).

3) The reason why CIC(SM) transferred the matter back to IC(SG) is because it is PART HEARD. So long as SG is an IC, OR SG asks CIC(SM) to transfer case to another IC it wil be with SG.

There is no clarity on the case. CIC website only shows below status.. IC (SG) office dont share any info on below case as well. I have have no of reminder mails to CIC Shri SM as well asking for transfer of my case to some other bench citing logical reasons but no action so far.....

CIC being nodal agency in assuring transparency is itself giving so much pain to complainant.

Current status when complaint was sent to Shri SM about non hearing of case..but no where it mention about inital case no and i am unable to understand why Shri SM has again referred this case to Mr SG

The matter posted for hearing on 30th Sept, 2010 and on the date of hearing IC - Mr SG adjourned the case without any specific reasons.

From Sept 2010 till March 2011, no movement on my case was noticed. On 25th March i complained to CIC Shri SM and requested for transfer of case to larger bench.

I submitted copy of my mail and complaint letter about non hearing of case to CIC Shri SM but i had not received any communication from CIC.

On inquiring about this matter through website of CIC, it now shows that my matter again has been given to Mr SG .... i am unable to understand the reason of non action on my matter by SG since sept 2010 and why Shri SM has again sent my case to Mr SG when he(SG) himself is not deciding the same case since sept 10.

Please advise what can i do in below case so that my matter is taken for hearing on immd basis...
