Veereshji,
Either U don't belong to a family which is even distantly connected with faujis OR u are misinformed about the ground  realities ie while Pension is remuneration for the service done in the past the subsidised Canteen facilities can only be availed in person, in India and can't be collected while staying abroad. Subsidised alcohol can be availed only when one lives in the India.

Having worn a uniform and been born into a family where uniforms have been worn for generations, I would also like to ask how pensioners who are no longer Indian Nationals having migrated abroad still continue to get benefits like pension, tax-free canteen facility, and more, at the cost of the Indian tax-payer.
