Amazing isn't it that when confronted with any issue(not for real poor aam adami, but khas amongst aam) the idling key board warriors talk of revolutionary changes/radical reforms,but have no time to delve deep into the matter to figure out complexities,and none whatsoever to figure out the solution scenario,through "system's approach".
