Please guide me in getting the FIR registered with Delhi Police.
Kindly let me know the various sections of IPC, Cr.PC, etc under which my below mentioned complaint be registered by police.
I got a cognizable report/complaint received at a Police Station of Delhi Police on 13-May-2014 after making a PCR Call on 100 also, but the SHO concerned took no action.
On seeing no action being taken by the SHO, I approached the higher Police Officers one by one including ACP, DCP (District) and Joint CP (Range) in PHQ, at ITO, New Delhi on 15-May-2014. They all (ACP, DCP, JCP) also seemed to shield their junior officers & their wrong doings and not helping the aggrieved informant /complainant by directing the concerned SHO to register the case under severe and effective provisions of law.

Sub: Report regarding traffic jam (nuisance) caused by the truck driver of truck no. DL-1L-P-**** in active connivance with the businessman /industrialist running his business at <address provided> by plying the truck in "NO ENTRY ZONE" and on being protested against the same they being bent upon manhandling the protestors and indulging in abuses – a report for proper legal action against them

Proper legal action may kindly be initiated against the aforesaid truck driver and industrialist. Today (on 13-5-2014) since 1 pm to 4 pm, they conducted loading /unloading of the goods in many trucks /tempos in "NO ENTRY ZONE" of xyz Road of abc colony, Delhi and thereby caused traffic jam /nuisance. On being protested by the residents of the area, they (residents) were criminally intimidated by these miscreants, at the same time they being bent upon thrashing the protestors.
To ensure uninterrupted ingress and egress of the residents of the street / road/ area and other users of the street /road, a criminal case be registered against them and I be informed with FIR No. of the case & copy of the same be also provided to me.
Under the scheme "Aapka Update" the progress of the case may also be provided to me at my mobile no. 98********.
