Why we are forgetting that how and why Salman Khan has not been punished for grave crime happened 12 years back . How bail was arranged in the shortest possible time.

Your Excellency
I am caused to complain that the Delhi Police Traffic Unit (North East
District) represented by its ACP was corruptly induced to let off
against token challan the vehicle of Mr. Manish Sisodia, who
represents himself in media to be Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi,
after it was caught after a lengthy high speed chase to avoid arrest
on or around June 12 2015 - as reported in national media.
Accordingly, and on behalf of India Against Corruption people's
movement, I complain as follows:-
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine why the expensive advanced
interceptor vehicles, such as powerful motorcycles, of Delhi Police
could not stop / catch up with the fleeing offender's vehicle, and the
fleeing vehicle was fortunately stopped by members of the public at
great personal risk near Wazirabad barrage, enabling the vehicle to be
nabbed by Delhi Police.
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine why the vehicle of this
fleeing offender was not searched and/or impounded by the local
police.
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine why the driver / owner of
this fleeing offender was not arrested and produced before the
magistrate for commission of cognisable offence/s under Indian Penal
Code. Furthermore, ought not the local police thana to have taken over
the matter to prosecute the IPC offences ?
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine if any police officer/s or
personal security officer/s were present within the vehicle at the
time of the offences, and why they did not report / stop the offences
being committed in their presence.
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine if any police officer/s
instructed the challaning officer/s to let off the vehicle against a
token compounding fee of Rs. 400 only for minor offence of speeding,
or whether the challaning officer allowed himself to be charmed by the
vehicle's occupant/s, its red light/beacon, its special registration
number - and thereby corrupted for personal gain.
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine if the offence of
over-speeding accompanied by fleeing from the scene to avoid
prosecution can be compounded at all only under Motor Vehicles Act in
the facts and circumstances of the matter as widely reported.
It deserves statutory inquiry to determine if the vehicle and/or its
occupants were involved in commission of any other offence.
It deserves a statutory inquiry to ascertain how the offence was
compounded for Rs. 400 when the prescribed compounding fee of GoNCTD
is Rs. 360 for this offence. It needs to be ascertained where the
excess Rs. 40 has been paid / who has pocketed it.
Kindly take cognisance of my complaint as narrated above and ensure
that action under law is taken and also the corrupt officers involved
are identified and charge-sheeted.
NB: The Delhi Police anti-corruption help-line no. 1064 has today
morning expressed its inability to record my complaint in such a high
profile case.
sincerely
