Indeed the police man needs to be commended for his action.
Sent from my iPadToIndia Against CorruptionDELHI POLICEMAN WHO STOPPED SPEEDING CAR OF DELHI DY. C M
It is extremely gratifying to know that a traffic policeman in Delhi had the courage of conviction to stop the speeding car of Delhi Dy.C.M and he issued a challan of Rs.400/- to the driver who had to pay the fine , while the Dy.C.M. simply watched helplessly. Certainly, the act of this traffic policeman need to be recognised and his act must be commended by every one who decry VIP culture in the country.
Many feel strongly about the arrogant behaviour of so called VVIP s (very very irritating people) and VIPs (very irritating people) but do nothing. They have a lesson or two to learn from this courageous Delhi traffic policeman, who now looks like a role model for other crusaders.
Why did the Delhi Dy.C.M allow his driver to drive beyond the permissible speed limit ? Is he not aware of the rule or he thought that being a Dy.C.M, he can violate all rules. Perhaps, he thought that no traffic policeman would dare to stop his car. But, we have a traffic policeman who had the courage to do so.
Those politicians who talk about aam aadmi all the time but conduct themselves as if they have come from heaven , should know that day is not far off when real aam aadmi would assert himself towards the cause of restoring probity in public life and responsible behaviour amongst those in power.

Re: [IAC#RG] DELHI POLICEMAN WHO STOPPED SPEEDING CAR OF DELHI DY. C M
Sire,
' Commended for his action', fine - Yes;
BUT a question does arise: " did the said policeman, keep with him the 40 Rupees" which is above the Rs 360" as the challaning fee ?
Plus, as so very well explained by Shri Sarbajit Roy saheb ji, in his admirable emailed message to the highest authority in Delhi State -- that is,
the Hon'ble Lt Governor of Delhi.
It is indeed a shame that one-and-all, do NOT respect our laws. Those who have to implement the said law/s, as part of their professional career, are unaware HOW to do the said task.
Has it got to the point of disuse & now become a habit, since no questions get raised ? More so when VIP vehicles get involved....?
Spoken and shared with a feeling of how our own system, continually lets down the common man, that your truly is, living in our NCR.
Regards & Peace.
