Re: [IAC#RG] Evasive and missing suo-moto RTI disclosure fro CM office /GNTD

To:
Ms. Geetika Sharma / DANICS
Additional Secretary
o/o Chief Minister Delhi

Dear Ms. Sharma

I refer to my email dt 22-Jun-2016 addressed to you. I regret to say that not only have you not reverted to me on such an important issue, but there is no action on updating the RTI website of GNCTD insofar as it relates to CM Office and correcting its deficiencies and wrong information / documents.

I am further advising you that nobody answers your landline number and when I call on your official mobile 9999134200 you simply send an SMS indicating you are in a meeting.

Kindly be advised that the statutory RTI information pertaining to CM Office as published by you is grossly incomplete. misleading and evasive and is deliberately framed incorrectly to cause loss to the public at large in Delhi and to myself in particular.

So being a public servant of the DANICS cadre (regulated by MHA) I expect that you will do all things in your power to correct the situation I have described expeditiously and also kindly attend to my phone calls.

Dear Ms. Sharma

I am concerned that some corrupt persons in office of Chief Minister Delhi have ensured that the mandatory suo-moto disclosure presecribed under section 4 of RTI Act 2005 has been removed from Delhi Govt website. Currently, the only working link among the "17 manuals" of RTI is the one to the PIO and First Appellate Authority in CM Office, and even that is populated with incorrect entries including your own.

As I, as a citizen of India r/o Delhi, would like to know in great depth and detail, about the functioning of the CM Office, I would appreciate if you would update the RTI disclosure for your office expeditiously. The lack of the 17 manuals seriously hinders my ability to seek further information under RTI from your office.

For your ready reference I am also cut-n-pasting the present links from http://delhigovt.nic.in/rti/default.asp showing the links to be filled in.
