Dear Roy,
I do not know the meaning of List-Owner.of any group. Pl. send the material about the alleged incompetence of the concerned IC or challenge his orders in the HC, as per procedure. I do not have any interest but I know that u r only seeing aberrations and ignoring good work. Man can err and SG is also a Man. Can u claim of not committing any mistake ever? but I have made many errors in the past and cannot say that in future, I will not make any error. Name the IC who has passed orders which have satisfied all the appellants / complainants. I can provide a list of some ICs with whom orders, I am grossly dissatisfied. These IC who have given orders on my appeals includes Chief IC who delivered decision in Cabinet Sectt case. Shri M L Sharma in DDA/'s case, IC Mrs. Annapurna Dixit delivered erroneous decision in the case of All India Radio (case No. _________ ). When I shall find some good and affordable lawyer, I shall definitely challenge such orders. Despite this, I do not personally target any IC or any body else because I have the other options to vent my grievances and one is the Judiciary. Another option is to highlight such mistakes in media and I do take recourse to that sometime I succeed and sometime not.
My terms with u are probaly known to the majority of members and even then I write to you My Dear or Dear Sarabjit and u also generally write write Dear Guptaji. We must show courtesy to all and respect them including our bete-noire.

Dear Guptaji
Let me inform you as follows:
1) That I am a LIST-OWNER of this group [RTI_INDIA], which means I am automatically also a "moderator" of this group.
2) I am not against Mr Shailesh Gandhi because he is corrupt, BUT because he is INCOMPETENT. Mr Gandhi does not even know (despite allegedly being an engineer from IIT) how to compute the minimum 30 days from filing an RTI request [Check CIC/WB/C/2006/00242 dated 18.10.2006]. He does not know when to file a Complaint or when to File an Appeal. (see same decision), and when he stands corrected withdraws his complaint and slinks away. I can provide enough material demontstrating his incompetence from the CIC's website to fill 3 encyclopedias.
3) I have filed 2 official vigilance complaints against Mr Gandhi to the competent authority which are "open and shut". These are meant to be disposed of in a time-bound manner (2 months). The officer(s) concerned are under great pressure not to take action against IC(SG) because he is on such good terms with Sardarji that he even writes to him as "My Dear Manmohan," (the convenor of NCPRI previous to Shailesh could only aspire to write to the CCIC as "My Dear Wajahat,"). Other members of this list <smile> can verify the truth of my statements -- preferably "offlist" to Mr Gupta. Sarbajit

U can also file an RTI to know the latest status of your case citing your case number. .
A member is trying to convert this a case inth the case of seeking graft by ************ .. Take pre-caution and unless u have been asked for some money directly or indirectly, please do n't take action on such ill advice. The member ignores all the good decisions and good work of IC but always try to find fault and makes a hill out of a mole. Kindly send your mobile number on my mail so that I can discuss with you directly. U can also contact me and I m forwarding my number on your mail id directly.
This Forum is not meant to play politics or for unnecessary baiting of any IC or any body else and any misuse should not be allowed. I draw the attention of the moderators to this practice and request to moderate such mails meant to defame any body or against any vindictive and hostile behaviour by any member including me.
If I m wrong in my above submissions, I shall welcome an action even againse myself.
However, if some one has asked for a bribe from you for hearing your case and you have some convincing proof of that act, please share that information with the member without any fear and favour and you can even write to the anti-graft agencies against that. Even the removal of any IC can be sought under the RTI Act by writing to the President of India.

Need your help and guidance in one of my case pending at CIC ---CIC/SG/C/2010/001036
The matter posted for hearing on 30th Sept, 2010 and on the date of hearing IC - Mr SG adjourned the case without any specific reasons.
From Sept 2010 till March 2011, no movement on my case was noticed. On 25th March i complained to CIC Shri SM and requested for transfer of case to larger bench.
I submitted copy of my mail and complaint letter about non hearing of case to CIC Shri SM but i had not received any communication from CIC.
On inquiring about this matter through website of CIC, it now shows that my matter again has been given to Mr SG .... i am unable to understand the reason of non action on my matter by SG since sept 2010 and why Shri SM has again sent my case to Mr SG when he(SG) himself is not deciding the same case since sept 10.
Please advise what can i do in below case so that my matter is taken for hearing on immd basis... Number of results found: 1 : Results for Date S.No. | Diary No./ Diary Date / File Number | Submitted By/ Address | Public Authority | Dealing Officer | Status |
