1) List owner is a person who "owns" the group and can delete it and make other people moderators. I am such a person for RTI_India.
2) You are right that SG is a Man. My point is that he is not half the Man as say CCIC(AN.Tiwariji) when it comes to drafting sound orders which will stand the test of judicial scrutiny. for example you can compare SG's CBI decsison with say ANT's deisiion aganst Bar Council of India (CIC/AT/C/2009/000244) etc.
3) Accordingly what will now happen is that IC(SG)"s entirely hollow and usound CBI order will simply FAST-TRACK the CBI into getting a stay in a High Court, and Mr Mukesh Ambani and SG's other Mumbai friends will be out of RTI for a few years. That SG gets brownie points from his media friends and activists is icing on his cake.

Pl. send the material about the alleged incompetence of the concerned IC or challenge his orders in the HC, as per procedure. I do not have any interest but I know that u r only seeing aberrations and ignoring good work.
Man can err and SG is also a Man. Can u claim of not committing any mistake ever? but I have made many errors in the past and cannot say that in future, I will not make any error. Name the IC who has passed orders which have satisfied all the appellants / complainants. I can provide a list of some ICs with whom orders, I am grossly dissatisfied. These IC who have given orders on my appeals includes Chief IC who delivered decision in Cabinet Sectt case. Shri M L Sharma in DDA/'s case, IC Mrs. Annapurna Dixit delivered erroneous decision in the case of All India Radio (case No. _________ ). When I shall find some good and affordable lawyer, I shall definitely challenge such orders.
Despite this, I do not personally target any IC or any body else because I have the other options to vent my grievances and one is the Judiciary. Another option is to highlight such mistakes in media and I do take recourse to that sometime I succeed and sometime not.
My terms with u are probaly known to the majority of members and even then I write to you My Dear or Dear Sarabjit and u also generally write write Dear Guptaji. We must show courtesy to all and respect them including our bete-noire.

2) I am not against Mr Shailesh Gandhi because he is corrupt, BUT because he is INCOMPETENT. The officer(s) concerned are under great pressure not to take action against IC(SG) because he is on such good terms with Sardarji that he even writes to him as "My Dear Manmohan," (the convenor of NCPRI previous to Shailesh could only aspire to write to the CCIC as "My Dear Wajahat,"). Other members of this list <smile> can verify the truth of my statements -- preferably "offlist" to Mr Gupta.
