May I suggest that all RTI activitistsjoin together to  move the Hon'ble High Court to make the RTI's as interested Party and for this the RTI's need to form an association. 

Hope my suggestion shall be given to thought.

His lawyer said he wanted to intervene in the PIL, as he had a lot of documents pertaining to Satish's RTI queries.     "He has no confidence in the police," Sandip's lawyer said. The division bench said it would allow him to become a party. The Maharashtra government on Thursday informed the court that five of the six suspects have been arrested, and the police have sought magistrate's permission to subject them to lie-detector test.
