[rti_india] Costing of Roads

           Replying to my RTI, H/W says the best possible road can be constructed at the cost of Rs 5000/m2. will last for 5years.

 

How much money is spent every year? Why cannot we have such roads? Details are yet to come.Asphalt/concrete?
